ImageIntegrated Supply Solutions for General MRO Supplies- Our solutions focus on integrating systems and processes to create value for our customers. This is done through:
  • Spend Aggregation, Standardization Programs, MRO consumption management 
  • Waste reduction, inventory management and eliminating process waste. 
PSMI works with our customers to implement new processes, supplier consolidation strategies and process optimization. 




Integrated Supply Solutions for Tooling & Abrasives – These solutions are focused on developing and implementing systems that manage this commodity on a “Cost Per Unit” basis. Some of the key aspects of this solution are:

  • ImageTool Presetting and Delivery: We preset and deliver all the tools to the manufacturing lines. Our proprietary Tool Presetting Management Software searches the system for lowest cost components to create the Lowest Cost Assembly. Our Tool Pre-setters also evaluate every tool to inspect the cause of wear and make sure each tool is fully utilized.
  • Tool Engineering: Our engineers evaluate tooling applications to insure that State-of-the-Art tool technologies are implemented to reduce cost.
  • Inventory Management: Inventories are carefully managed to insure such that older tools are fully exhausted before new tool technology is implemented. Also, our proprietary software calculates inventory levels based on increase/decrease in plant production rates.
  • Sourcing: PSMI has access to the best tooling manufacturers throughout the world. Our engineers help source the best tool based on application requirements

ImageIntegrated Supply Solutions for Gages – This solution is focused on delivering Gage and Measurement Management Programs to support and improve our customers' Quality and Production systems while reducing operating costs. This solution consists of:
  • Calibration Management Programs
    • Insure all Gages and Gage Benches are kept calibrated at all times
  • PPAP and CMM Services
  • Met Lab management Services
  • Gage R&R and Gage Design and Repair Services
We work with our customers to provide the services on or off site.
